If you are not happy with the item you have purchased you can return it or exchange it for another, up to seven days after it has been delivered. If the deadline expires on non-working day, it is extended on the next working day. After that, we cannot offer a return or refund.
The item must be in the same condition as it was received in, without signs of use, wash or damage, and the tag and original box kept as well, to be ellligible for a refund.
To proced, the first step is to inform us by email firstname.lastname@example.org of which item you intend to return/exchange and in the case of an exchange, which item you wish to exchange it for. You will be guided on how to proced, from there.
The products are returned at your own cost.
When it has been returned, if the garment's inspection reveals no signs of use, wash or damage we will returned the paid amount in the same paying method used. In case of an exchange, after approval, the order for a new item will be placed.
